V A L D I I, born Daniel Richter is Canadian born and no stranger to the music industry due to both forming and leading the band Eleven Past One (abbreviated as EPO or 1:11), in 2009 whom I became fans of in 2013, after receiving an automated message on Twitter, asking me to check out their debut video ‘The World Is Ours’ on YouTube (video below) which became their breakout single, instantly making me want to listen to more and becoming their first and only fan in the United Kingdom, however since then, V A L D I I, who’s name is derived from his German heritage has branched away from the band to focus on a solo career, in which I have continuously followed, allowing him to discover his sound and release the music that portrays his true artistic self, with self reflection and perseverance being some of the stories that influence his work.
